Our History
Our founder Mr. Zhang Yanhuai started his fresh garlic domestic trading business in 1992, he is both a participant in the development of China's garlic industry and a witness of its journey from local roots to global reach.
His son Mr. Zhang Liming began to get involved in the business in year 1993 , under his leadership, they advanced from initial domestic trade of fresh garlic to an international expansion.
Year 2002 was a milestone for them, when E-Sunrize Holding Group Co., Ltd was officially established.
The group company's business covers the entire industrial chain ranging from garlic cultivation to preserved garlic and various processed garlic products.
Except Agricultural products, the group's business also extends to: Comprehensive Development of agriculture and tourism, Logistics Information, Overseas investment and Electronic Commerce.
Foodmeritt Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was officially established in 2017 to focus more intently on the development of deep-processed garlic products.
Adhering to the in-depth concept that there is no best, only even better, Foodmeritt has been constantly improving and breaking through in both hardware and software. Production line extended from dehydrated garlic to picked garlic, garlic in water, garlic in oil, black garlic, black garlic drink as well as recipe mix garlic sauce.
The entire group will continue to strive to fullfill its mission & vision: creating value for farmers and enriching lives for consumers. Building a century-old enterprise and contribute to rural revitalization.
Our Factory
Foodmeritt covers an area of 140, 000 square meters.
Foodmeritt owns seven major production workshops dedicated to black garlic, dehydration, powder and granule, pickling, filling, fresh-keeping and liquid.
Foodmeritt's annual production capacity of garlic and deep-processed garlic products reaches 30, 000 metric tons.
Foodmeritt's currently boasts 18 deep garlic processing production lines and 48 black garlic fermentation rooms.
Foodmeritt's products are exported to more than 60 countries and regions, including the United States, the European Union, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Brazil, South Africa, Japan, and Poland, etc.
